DCCA is proud to offer career growth opportunities and a competitive compensation and benefits package.DCCA is hiring cleared Systems Engineers (SE) of all experience levels for a variety of current and new contracts in the Annapolis Junction/Fort Meade area, supporting the DoD/Intelligence Community!Candidate must have an active TS/SCI w/PolyKey tasks:Support the national security missionLearn new techniques or use a new tool, or strengthen an existing skillsetWork as part of a team, or even lead a team of other engineersProvide and implement recommendations for complex systemsAnalyze user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.Analyze system requirements and leads design and development activities. Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies.Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
Incorporates new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations.Develop technical documentation.Develop system architecture and system design documentation.Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts.Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsSETA experienceA majority of positions fall within the following experience guidelines:SE 0 – no demonstrated experience required with Bachelor's degree in a technically relevant fieldSE 1 – 7+ years relevant experience and Bachelor's degree; in lieu of degree, 12 years of experienceSE 2 – 14+ years relevant experience and Bachelor's degree; in lieu of degree, 19 years of experienceSE 3 – 20+ years relevant experience and Bachelor's degree; in lieu of degree, 25 years of experienceDesired skills:Experience working in an Agile development team/environment, conducting sprint planning, etc.Cloud technology and/or certificationsExperience leading a team of engineersBig dataAnalyticsCNOSecurityDevOpsRequired education / certifications:Bachelor's Degree in a technically relevant fieldThe proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 70,000 to 258,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
