We're looking for an experienced Systems Engineer 4 to support the design, development, integration, and testing of advanced avionics and communications systems in Huntsville, Alabama.

Systems integration, simulation, testing, and DoD technologies .
Responsibilities
* Design and develop integrated avionics and communications systems
* Provide technical analysis and engineering expertise for complex systems
* Resolve highly complex technical issues and conduct advanced research
* Apply Systems Engineering concepts, practices, and procedures
* Develop system test plans, procedures, and detailed test cases
* Support testable requirements and test bed architecture
* Simulate end-user operations and execute test procedures
* Improve system, architecture, design, code, and release quality
* Document and communicate test results using tools such as JIRA or Digital.ai Agility
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
* Active Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance
* 8+ years of Systems Engineering or related experience
* Proven experience with MBSE tools and methodologies
* Experience with simulation tools and techniques for system design, analysis, and validation
Preferred Experience
* Army Command & Control systems such as IBCS, FAAD, or THAAD
* 3+ years of experience with Tactical Data Links, including Link 16
* 3+ years of experience with DoD radio communications systems
* 3+ years of experience with IP network design and maintenance
* SAFE Engineering experience
* Experience across the full product lifecycle, including system design, development, integration, test, delivery, product support, and retirement
* CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Linux+, Project+, or AeroIT certifications
* INCOSE Systems Engineering certification or willingness to pursue one
