Project Management LeadPosition Responsibilities:Develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, programs and change driven activities in accordance with project management industryLeads studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), reports, risk assessments and planning efforts to determine impacts, constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiativesIdentifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business caseDevelops and establishes lead time requirementsFacilitates and ensures integration of project/program plan, schedules, change and baseline management, processes, techniques considered to be best practice across the industryActs as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectivesDirects all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion. Coordinates commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategiesEvolve our Engineering teams Agile work management framework and tool kit as we transform the work management systemBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3 + years of Project Management experience3+ years of experience supporting cross functional teams and stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):5 + years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Professional certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP)A strong drive to see projects through to completion and pull together a highly skilled technical team to produce impactful resultsExperience working on airplane systems or integrated system development projectsExperience working with teams across a diverse set of skills from Engineering to Production to Supplier ManagementExperience with Agile/Scrum project management frameworkExperience using JIRA or other Agile workflow management tools and ability to help teams better integrate and drive reporting from the toolDevelops the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes. Resolves cross-functional technical issues.
Heavy data work, analyzing data, using tools – Tableau, Excel, Access – Microsoft Tool, for scheduling. Need strong knowledge in the tools.
