• Apply robust Program Management principles to manage program risk, cost, and schedule effectively. • Plan and execute advanced system planning initiatives and drive program changes. • Develop and manage system flow-down requirements, ensuring end-to-end system integrity. • Provide strong Technical Team Leadership for various research and development initiatives. • Utilize advanced Mathematics for critical system analysis, modeling, and problem-solving. • Leverage deep expertise in Aerospace/avionics domains to guide system design and implementation.
• Generate and plan new concepts, methods and techniques which can provide a significant technical advantage, operational impact, or breakthrough in the assigned area. • Advise and justify the best feasible approach to be taken for each solution proposed. • Formulate and recommend specific work requirements, priorities, and resource allocations necessary to accomplish long-range plans for the assigned areas. • Ability to develop system flow-down requirements specifying top level system requirements and their flow down relationships with individual subsystems. • Utilize a broad knowledge of specialties within the engineering discipline to assure system integrity by establishing compatibility between equipment, other subsystems, and components. • Provide overall leadership and direction for pioneering innovative Research and Development (R&D) efforts to address previously unattainable capabilities and characteristics.
