Systems Designer / Analyst

To achieve program and study objectives, the contract Systems Designer / Analyst will interact with CDO and cross-functional team members, ensuring compliance with data standards while managing the design and delivery of clinical trial systems in a flexible work-from-home environment. Key responsibilities Participate in developing common data standards and ensure compliance with protocol requirements Manage the design and delivery of clinical systems, ensuring integration and adherence to quality standards Coach and mentor team members while leading process improvement initiatives within the organization Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, management information systems, computer science, life sciences, or equivalent (Master's preferred) 6-7+ years of hands-on technical study build experience in EDC, specifically with Medidata RAVE In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, CDASH, and SDTM Demonstrated ability to influence others and successfully coach/mentor in a matrixed environment Experience in designing EDC studies from scratch, including form layouts and query workflows
