Systems Architect – InfrastructureAnalytica is seeking a Systems Architect – Infrastructure to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of secure, scalable IT infrastructure supporting advanced analytics and machine learning solutions. This role is ideal for a senior technical leader who can balance strategic infrastructure architecture with hands-on execution.The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring infrastructure reliability, performance, and security, while enabling modern data and AI/ML workloads. Analytica offers competitive compensation with opportunities for bonuses, employer paid health care, training and development funds, and 401k match.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and architecture of scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure environmentsOversee infrastructure planning, deployment, and ongoing maintenance across cloud and/or hybrid environmentsEnsure high availability, performance, and reliability of systems supporting data, analytics, and machine learning workloadsCollaborate with data, application, and security teams to align infrastructure solutions with program requirementsDefine and implement infrastructure standards, best practices, and architectural patternsMonitor and optimize system performance, capacity, and cost efficiencyEnsure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirementsSupport DevSecOps practices, including automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC)Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide root cause analysisMentor engineering teams and provide technical guidance on infrastructure-related decisionsRequired QualificationsExperience in a senior infrastructure engineering or architecture role (Level III or equivalent)Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar) and/or hybrid infrastructure environmentsExperience designing and supporting infrastructure for data platforms, analytics, or machine learning workloadsProficiency with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)Strong understanding of networking, security, compute, and storage architecturesExperience with system monitoring, logging, and performance tuningFamiliarity with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelinesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting big data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Hadoop, Spark)Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards in regulated environmentsCertifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or similarExperience in federal or mission-driven environmentsAnalytica LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
