That's where you come in.About The RoleAs our Systems & Technology Analyst, you'll be the connective tissue between our people, our platforms, and our data. One day you're troubleshooting a system issue and keeping our teams moving; the next you're building a dashboard that changes how leadership sees the business. It's a role for someone who's equal parts problem-solver, builder, and translator — comfortable in the weeds of systems administration and just as at home turning messy data into a story leadership can act on.What You'll DoSystems Support & AdministrationProvide application and systems support — including remote assistance — to install, configure, test, and troubleshoot hardware and softwareManage and resolve service requests through our help desk ticketing system, meeting SLA standards and escalating complex issues as neededAdminister system access and security, ensuring appropriate user permissions in line with internal controls and SOX requirementsSupport the configuration, testing, and deployment of system upgrades, integrations, and new functionalitySystems Optimization & Process ImprovementMonitor recurring technical and operational issues, identify root causes, and implement lasting solutions alongside internal teams and vendorsEvaluate business processes and system workflows, recommending enhancements that improve efficiency, performance, and user experiencePartner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support system integrations, data flow, and platform performanceResearch and evaluate new technology solutions aligned with company initiatives and operational goalsData, Reporting & AnalyticsDevelop, maintain, and enhance leasing and operational reports, tracking metrics like traffic, conversions, occupancy, and leasing velocityBuild and manage dashboards and automated reporting to improve visibility and decision-makingAnalyze performance trends and deliver actionable insights to operations, leasing, and leadership teamsSafeguard data integrity across systems through audits, validation, and troubleshooting discrepanciesSupport ad hoc reporting and analysis for business initiatives, property transitions, and performance reviewsCross-Functional Collaboration & TrainingPartner with teams across the company to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into scalable solutionsCreate, maintain, and standardize documentation for systems, workflows, and reporting definitionsIdentify training needs and help develop and deliver user training materials that drive system adoptionProject Management & TransitionsOversee system setup and disposition during property acquisitions and transitions, keeping timelines and deliverables on trackAnd MoreTake on other duties and special projects as they arise — this role will grow and evolve with the business
