Systems Analyst 6 – M365 Specialist (CSS eMichigan Project)We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Microsoft 365 (M365) within the Government Community Cloud (GCC) environment.Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid – Onsite Mon/Tue Required)Responsibilities:Monitor updates and changes within the M365 GCC platformAnalyze impact of product updates on the State of Michigan's M365 tenantRecommend product configurations in alignment with state standards and licensingPrepare and maintain technical documentation and user job aidsParticipate in team sessions with Microsoft and internal stakeholdersSupport collaboration tools such as SharePoint Online, Teams, Planner, OneDrive, Outlook, Forms, Loop, Viva Engage, etc.Required Skills:3–5+ years of M365 administration and configuration experience, preferably in Microsoft GCCProven ability to assess product changes and recommend enterprise-wide implementation strategiesExperience preparing clear technical documentation for both internal teams and end usersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Hands-on experience managing and configuring SharePoint and Teams contentInterview Process:1st Round: Virtual via MS Teams2nd Round: In-person interview required at Lansing, MI officePlease attach a separate Reference Page to your bid (not within resume)!
