Systems AnalystThe Systems Analyst is responsible for the optimization, administration, and support of the organization's core business applications. While serving as the primary subject matter expert for eClinicalWorks (eCW), this role also drives broader digital transformation by managing cross-functional technical projects and improving operational workflows.Benefits include 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, and paid time off.Key responsibilities include partnering with leadership and end users to define business needs and resolve system issues, managing workflows to improve efficiency, serving as the primary point of contact for all eClinicalWorks (eCW) issues, requests, and questions, supporting clinical application enhancements, interfaces, data migration, and reporting, training new and existing clinical and non-clinical staff on system use and new features, assisting with new module and application implementations, staying current on eCW releases, cumulative patches, and JIRAs to ensure the platform remains secure and optimized, collecting user feedback and recommending process improvements, prioritizing and managing application enhancements, fixes, and updates, troubleshooting software and application issues, coordinating with vendors as needed, documenting issues, test solutions, and preventing recurring problems, supporting report creation, policy development, and KPI reporting, and leading major upgrades for smooth adoption.Qualifications include 3+ years of advanced experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW), specifically in system configuration, back-end configuration and workflow mapping, proficiency in clinical reporting and data analysis, experience with eCW EBO Excel (Pivot Tables/VLOOKUPs) or similar reporting modules preferred, demonstrated ability to develop training materials and lead education sessions for clinical and administrative staff, ability to translate complex clinical needs into technical system requirements, detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and follow tasks through to completion, strong understanding of outpatient operations, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot between high-level project management and granular technical support, and exceptional verbal and written skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users with patience and clarity.Compensation: $76,000.00 - $92,000.00 per yearWe are Pacific Neuropsychiatric Specialists (PNS) and our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychiatry care.
