Job TitleHands-on day to day support of the systems utilized in TFS including Leasing Origination and Portfolio systems.System report development utilizing QlikView and NPrinting tools.Administration of SharePoint and Document Imaging Environments.Collaboration with local/global business users to provide them with proper system access, provide system education and to promote proper system use.Interact with the Terex/TFS IT teams and third party technology/service providers to maintain, configure, and enhance systems.Establish close business relationships with key stakeholders and users.Gather information through process reviews/user requests, develop business requirements and create solutions to solve these requirements.Maintain frequent and clear communications with remote TFS business and IT leaders.Document key systems support processes.
