Systems Analyst 3 (Full Stack Developer – Angular/Java)The client is seeking three (3) Systems Analyst 3 professionals with strong full-stack development expertise to support application modernization initiatives. The selected candidates will play a key role in analyzing business needs, designing technical solutions, and developing modern, scalable, cloud-native applications. This includes refactoring legacy systems into microservices, building responsive front-end applications, and delivering secure, high-performing backend services.
All work products developed under this engagement will be considered "work made for hire" and remain the property of Client.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business objectives, user requirements, and operational processes to recommend technical solutionsConduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for system improvementsDesign, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using Angular and JavaRefactor legacy systems into microservices-based architecturesDevelop and consume RESTful APIs for system integrationCollaborate with stakeholders to define system inputs, outputs, and reporting formatsWrite detailed technical specifications, system documentation, and user requirementsImplement cloud-native and serverless solutionsApply DevSecOps practices across the development lifecycleUtilize modern AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.)Ensure application scalability, performance, and securityParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviewsImplement observability, monitoring, and logging solutionsRequired Skills & QualificationsMinimum Requirements (Must Have)8+ years of full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experienceStrong proficiency in: Angular, TypeScript (Frontend Development), Java Backend DevelopmentExperience designing and consuming RESTful APIsStrong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databasesHands-on experience with: Docker and Kubernetes (Containerization), Cloud-native or serverless deploymentsExperience with event-driven architecture patternsProven experience integrating DevSecOps practicesExperience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude)Preferred QualificationsExperience refactoring monolithic applications into microservicesFamiliarity with observability tools such as Application Insights, PrometheusExperience with feature flags and progressive deliveryStrong coding standards with ability to produce clean, maintainable codeExperience creating technical documentationActive participation in Agile/Scrum environments
