Duties

• Provides Tier 3 Enterprise infrastructure support for the DLA Systems Center Configuration Manager and DLA Desktop standardization.
• Provides Tier 3 Enterprise infrastructure support for the DLA Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, Tanium; and Vulnerability Management.
• Duties include software packaging creation, testing, scheduling and coordination associated with software distribution and standardized desktop and device configurations.
• Perform research, testing, hardening, deployment and sustainment of DLA Enterprise device management infrastructure, cross platform support and application services.
