Systems AdministratorKoniag Management Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Systems Administrator with a Top-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a SCI to support KMS and our government customer in Washington, DC. Core responsibilities include:Manage and maintain enterprise servers and systems infrastructureAdminister Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and associated systemsImplement security controls and DISA STIGsConfigure and maintain network monitoring systemsPerform system patching, updates, and maintenanceManage user accounts and access controlsImplement backup and recovery proceduresSupport virtual desktop infrastructureTroubleshoot complex system issuesMonitor system performance and securityMaintain documentation and standard operating proceduresProvide technical consultation and trainingManage asset inventory and licensingGenerate required systems reports and metricsEducation and Experience: Required:Bachelor's degree with 6 years of system administration experience ORMinimum 8 years of system administration experienceActive Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCIRequired Skills and Competencies:CompTIA Network+ and/or Security+ certificationITIL 4 Foundation certificationStrong experience with Microsoft server technologiesExpertise in system security implementationKnowledge of virtualization technologiesExperience with enterprise storage systemsProficiency in backup and recovery proceduresUnderstanding of network protocols and architectureExperience with classified systemsStrong documentation skillsAbility to manage multiple prioritiesExperience with change management processesOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
