Become part of a diverse group of 500 professionals delivering expertise in network and systems administration, cybersecurity, and technical support across Aberdeen Proving Ground and Edgewood, Maryland, for a portfolio of efforts spanning 5 years and a total value exceeding $600 million. The ideal candidate is a technically skilled, solutions-oriented professional with experience in maintaining, securing, and optimizing complex IT environments to advance Army modernization and support to the warfighter.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support daily operational requirements of computer network systems, including workstations, file servers, and web servers.Install, configure, and upgrade hardware, software, network accounts, and security tools.Maintain, troubleshoot, and implement network security measures such as firewalls, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems.Design, update, and manage web pages and local system documentation.Monitor system configuration, performance, and security, ensuring compliance with organizational and industry standards.Train staff on relevant software and provide technical assistance to users.Assist with the development and enforcement of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.Ensure compliance with Cyber WorkForce (CWF) directives and maintain required certifications as applicable.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
