This is an onsite position.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issuesModernize key infrastructure componentsMonitor system performance and report on risks/issuesResearch and recommend new approaches to improve the networked computer systemProvide technical support as neededDocument processes and procedures for customers to followEnsure compliance with Risk Management Framework standardsTravel up to 25%Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor of Science degree in technical field5+ years of System Administration or Engineering experience, including server-side technology and networked computing systemsMust possess one of the following certifications: Microsoft MCSE, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Server+, and/or CompTIA Network+Must have prior experience with SQL and database operationsAvailability outside of standard working hours to resolve emergency issuesPreferred Qualifications:AWS certificationExperience with AWS cloud migrationSkills collecting, organizing, and analyzing dataExperience with business process engineeringClearance Requirements:Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current or active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibilityPhysical Requirements:The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.The projected compensation range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,100.00.
