IERUS develops value for our defense and commercial customers through accelerations of the technology life cycle: identifying, creating, transitioning, and producing technologies with integrity of purpose and product.This is an opportunity to join the IERUS team as a Systems Administrator supporting a large Missile Defense Agency program.Responsibilities:Maintain frequent internal and external customer contacts and represents the organization in delivering solutions to challenging technical issues related to specific projects.Occasional work outside of regular hours may be requiredServe as the first line of defense for user-level interactions and issuesSupporting users in person, over secure phone, email, or instant message (IM)Support MDA flight tests, focus on integrating R&D systems into program systems.Required Qualifications:A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from an accredited university, along with 5 years of experience; or a Master's degree in a related field with 3 years of relevant work experience; or 9 years of relevant work experience may be considered as an alternative to a degreeMust have a current, active DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (such as Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, CND, etc.) at the time of application, which is required to start.Must be a U.S.
