Schneider It Systems AdministratorSchneider is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to serve in a dual capacity: backend administration of Microsoft 365 technologies and hands-on, customer-focused IT support for our end users.In this role, you will identify, research, and resolve technical issues across hardware, software, and network environments while maintaining a high standard of service for internal stakeholders. You will work closely with the broader IT team to manage Microsoft 365 infrastructure, virtualization platforms, endpoint management, and emerging technologies — playing a key role in advancing Pacteon's technology roadmap.Key ResponsibilitiesMicrosoft 365 & Cloud AdministrationAdminister and support the full Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams, SharePoint, and Entra (Azure AD)Manage SharePoint architecture, page configurations, and storage governanceOversee Intune enrollment, remote device management, application deployment, and patch managementSupport cloud migrations and integrations with Azure or AWS environmentsVirtualization & InfrastructureAdminister VMware and Hyper-V environments, including VM provisioning, migrations, backups, and maintenanceAssist with network server hardware administration and ongoing infrastructure tasksSupport LAN/WAN environments including Cisco Meraki firewalls and wireless systemsEnd-User Support & Systems ManagementProvide responsive desk-side and remote support for hardware, software, and network issuesBuild, image, and configure PCs; manage new hire onboarding setup and user trainingMaintain Active Directory and administer user accounts, permissions, and group policiesManage hardware and software inventory and support application lifecycle managementStrategic & Cross-Functional InitiativesEvaluate and recommend AI and automation tools to improve organizational efficiencyConduct telecommunications and network assessments; recommend cost-effective IT solutionsSupport the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Profit Key ERP systemDeliver end-user training on technology tools and best practices as neededRequirementsProfessional qualifications:Associate's degree in Network Technology, Information Systems, or a related field preferredRelevant technical certifications strongly valued: CompTIA A+, Network+, MCP, MCSE or equivalentExperience:3–5 years of hands-on IT systems administration experience, including:Microsoft 365 administration (SharePoint, Teams, Entra/Azure AD)Intune device management and deploymentVMware and/or Hyper-V administration, including migrations and backup strategiesDesktop support and LAN/WAN network administrationCisco Meraki firewalls and wireless infrastructureExperience with cloud migrations (Azure or AWS) is a plusSkills:Strong customer service orientation with a proactive, solutions-focused mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentEagerness to grow technically and contribute to advancing enterprise technologiesBenefitsMedical/HSA/FSADentalVision401kCompany paid Life and AD&DOptional Life InsuranceFlexible Work SchedulePhysical Requirements & Work RequirementsSitting: XStanding/Walking: XLifting/Carrying Upto 10 lbs: XLifting/Carrying Upto 30 lbs: XPushing/Pulling: XKeyboarding: XGross Manipulation: XFine Manipulation: XDriving: XStooping: XSpeaking: XHearing: XNear Visual Acuity: X
