Mid Level Physical Security Systems RoleThis role works as part of a team to supplement recurring processes and operations involving administrative technical tasks associated with physical security systems. This role will be depended on to focus automating those recurring processes and creating efficiencies to redirect resources to other demanding issues or projects.Partner with end users, security managers, technology partners and security systems team members for the common goal of providing tools for protecting Client assets including people, property, and reputation from potential risks.Gather and compile data from a variety of sources for metrics and reports that are distributed to Corporate Security management.Track internal and vendor service tickets, and system issues/inquiries to ensure timeliness is met and resolutions are documented.Create and update processes relating to security systems for internal awareness, direction as well as evidence of adhering to audit, compliance, and policy standards.Configure and maintain permissions for security systems including assistance in recurring evaluations of end user system access rights.MUST HAVE experience with physical security systems. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of and experience with Windows software including operating systems (Win 7, 10, Server 2008, 2012, 2016) and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).
Strong problem-solving skills are a must.Experience with database sourced reports and metrics in creative, but substantive manner. The capacity to follow along and understand technology-based topics and definitions, with some manner of application in a variety of disciplines (networks, databases, servers, infrastructure, administration).
