Job TitleMid to Senior-level: Minimum skills level 3-5 years in a comparable position.Conduct ongoing, real-time monitoring and detection of faults using state of the art monitoring technologies interpreting/documenting data from various sources.Prevention of system incidents utilizing the execution of pre-defined inspection scripts to analyze the health of a servers operating system, database performance, and evaluation against predefined performance standards.Gathering of data to provide support teams incident classification and performing the necessary analysis to correctly ascertain client impact.Strong verbal & written communication skills are an absolute must.Candidate must be able to document “all” actions taken by Command Center and Support teams during outage resolution in ticket incident logs.The Command Center Technician troubleshoots and develops technical solutions to restore software application, infrastructure failures, applies standard workaround procedures to ensures issues are resolved in a timely fashion, and escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources.Required Skills/Must Have:Network Operations Center (NOC), Command Center or Service Desk experience a mustStrong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate, prioritize faults, technically document findings, and respond or escalate accordinglyExperience and Working Knowledge associated with the administration and engineering of technical infrastructure including of Sysadmin, Linux skills & diagnostics, Networking Routers & Switches, Routing Protocols, ISP Circuit flow, firewalls, VoIP technology, support and resolution of hardware and software issues.
