Troubleshoot issues in a concise and timely manner, providing rapid resolution to assigned issues.Must Have SkillsMinimum five years of system administration experiences in Red Hat LINUX, Windows, and networking equipment (Cisco / F5)Expert knowledge with LINUX (Redhat) and Windows administration, in-depth knowledge of RedHat and Windows based distrosFamiliarity with a multitude of OS tools and utilities for managing, monitoring and troubleshooting Linux infrastructure and networksLINUX/UNIX shell scriptingExperience with Satellite, and AnsibleExperience with system administration of HP C7000 blades, DL360, DL380, DL560 and DL580 serversExperience and experience with VmWareExperience with supporting Oracle SQL database including Oracle RAC clusterKnowledge of SAN architectures and Fibre Channel protocolsExperience administering servers, backup operations, and systems monitoring in multiple and complex network server environmentsExperience with server upgrades, O/S and firmware patchingExpert troubleshooting and diagnostic skills and providing support to Operations personnelExperience supporting mission critical systems 24x7x365 including regular on-call for after-hour and weekend supportAbility to prioritize multiple assigned tasks and execute parallel tasks in a highly motivated environmentStrong writing and communication skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office and OutlookAbility to work independently.
