To support company growth through Microsoft 365 services, the full-time Systems Administrator I will manage the rollout of single sign-on, maintain cloud infrastructure, and enhance Microsoft 365 products while collaborating with a distributed team across various locations. Key responsibilities: Support organization-wide rollout of single sign-on (SSO) and automated user provisioning for secure access to financial data systems Build and maintain automation for managing cloud infrastructure and on-premise networks in compliance with financial industry standards Drive continuous enhancement of Microsoft 365 products to support regulated workflows and internal collaboration Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience Minimum 4+ years' experience with Microsoft 365, SaaS, PaaS, and cloud environments MCSE or Enterprise Administrator Expert certification required; security-focused certifications are a plus Familiarity with fintech compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, PCI-DSS) is highly desirable Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) for infrastructure management
