We are looking for a new on-site team member to provide primary technical support and computer operations for all of Nott Company's IT provided resources.What will you be doing?Maintain enterprise level systems and system performance by performing monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting problems; escalating problems to vendorExecute add/moves/changes on user accounts throughout enterprise level systemsManage system and software problems by reviewing logs, records, and configurationsPlan and assist in design of new/emerging hardware, software, and infrastructure strategies by conferring with vendors; evaluating, testing, and installing enhancementsMaintain knowledge of Company's systems, hardware, and softwareRepair unplanned events that adversely affect the computing environmentSupport users with remote accessCreate documentation of best practices and processesProvide training, reference materials and support to staff on new systems and softwareMeasure effectiveness of existing IT processes and proceduresParticipate in processes and programs aimed at continuous improvement and safetyPerform other duties as assigned.What will you need to be successful?2+ years post high school education in Computer Science or a related field1 to 3 years of professional IT experience in a multi-site corporate networkThin client management experience preferredExposure to Microsoft Enterprise software including but not limited to Azure, Entra, InTune and Defender.Ability to support client OS (Windows Operating Systems), application software (Office), and mobile device operating systems (iOS, Android, etc.)Ability to troubleshoot and use deductive reasoning skills to choose the best solution from a few choicesEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently, set priorities and deliver resultsThis is an on-site position at our Arden Hills, MN facility.
