Job TitleSupports Roadside and host systems that are comprised of a combination of Linux, windows, Oracle and SQL databases. Responsible for trouble shooting and working with team members to identify and correct issues related to applications, databases and user accounts. Participates in access issues related to LDAP and Single Sign On (SSO) using administrative tools.
Support users’ requests and issues on the Roadside and Host. Participates in after hour projects and support as required.EducationBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.ExperienceTypically has 3 to 5 years of IT work experience.
