Headquartered in McLean, VA, By Light supports defense, civilian, and commercial IT customers worldwide.ResponsibilitiesPerform systems integration, configuration, testing, operation, and reset of virtual and physical environmentsConfigure and deploy servers, workstations, and processor-controlled devicesMaintain and enhance infrastructure across virtual and physical systemsSupport integration of systems into a unified environmentAssist with Information Assurance (IA) requirements and complianceRequired Experience/QualificationsBachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum 7 years of experience as a Cyber SME, Cyber Architect, or similar roleDoDM IAT II certification complianceNetwork design and configuration (routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, Active Directory, VPNs, VLANs, SANs)Experience with virtualization and bare-metal systemsAutomation and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Python)Cloud, physical, and virtual infrastructure monitoring Hypervisors (VMware, KVM, Xen)Windows and Linux system administrationKnowledge of network vulnerabilities and mitigation strategiesExposure to IoT, RF systems, ICS/SCADA, and camera systemsSpecial Requirements/Security ClearanceActive TS/SCI clearance required
