Position Summary:
Agile Business Concepts is seeking a Systems Administrator with 11+ years of experience supporting secure enterprise infrastructure for Federal and DoD customers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Linux systems administration, AWS/Azure cloud environments, DevOps, automation, and Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and maintain Linux, AWS, and Azure environments.
- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and application issues.
- Support DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
- Develop automation using Python, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Manage source code using GitHub and version control systems.
- Implement security best practices, patch management, and system hardening.
- Collaborate with engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 11+ years of Systems Administration or Systems Engineering experience.
- Experience with Linux, AWS and/or Azure.
- DevOps experience with GitHub and automation tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting Agile software development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Python and Ansible.
- Experience with Cisco NSO and OpenText NNMi.
- Knowledge of Terraform, Puppet, or Chef.
- Experience with automated testing and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Relevant certifications such as AWS, Azure, RHCSA, Security+, or Linux+ are highly desirable.
