Test AnalystCompany: Northrop GrummanPosition: System TesterLocation: 9975 Federal Drive, Colorado Springs 80921Duration: long term, ongoing contract – we are a direct sub to the C2BMC programClearance: Top SecretProgram – C2BMC "C2BMC Global urgently needs a Test Analyst to help organize and perform Flight and Ground Tests. GAITS CFPT seeks a highly motivated and skilled individual to join its team and assist in evaluating the success of these tests. The candidate should have experience with various event board approval structures, including MDIOC and BMDSS support processes, the MDA/BC approval chain, and National Team engineering boards (PERB, CEAT).

They should also have experience operating the C2BMC, knowledge of system configuration, familiarity with system operations, ability to navigate display screens, and understanding of system concepts. Essential functions include:Responsible for identifying required resources, understanding mission objectives for the systems under test, developing data archival and analysis plans, and creating post-mission reportsResponsible for configuration management and control of test resources, articles, and tools used for data collection during testsServe as the I&T liaison to other C2BMC test participants and MDA/BCT test managersDevelop and maintain the test architecture, including all articles under test, and create additional procedures as needed to ensure successful executionExcellent communication skills (both written and oral), the ability to communicate effectively, and clearly present technical approaches and findings is requiredBasic Qualifications:Please list your current security clearance and IAT or relevant certifications on your resume, if applicable.A Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited university, along with 5 years of experience; or a Master's degree in a related field with 3 years of relevant work experience; or 9 years of relevant work experience may be considered as an alternative to a degreeApplicants must have a current, active in-scope DoD-issued Top Secret security clearance at the time of application, which is required to start with the ability to be cleared at SCIUnderstand systems engineering, systems design and developmentPossess over 2 years of experience in a related engineering environment, with strong expertise in systems-of-systems definition and integrationAbility to analyze high-level needs and, through a structured and logical approach, refine the need into an integrated set of requirements that lead to a deployed productAbility to lead parts of the activity and supervise fellow engineersAbility to write and implement engineering plans within a projectPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with approval boards from other organizations sponsoring such tests (e.g., JIAMDO, AFSPC, JFCC-IMD, etc.) is highly desirableHaving prior experience working with JAT, MDDC, and other related organizations is preferableShould also be familiar with the following:Unix command lineBashPerl scriptingLinuxStatisticsTechnical writing/test procedure creationSpace/C2BMC/Missile Defense experienceAgile developmentAutomated testing frameworkRequirement and VerificationSpreadsheet analysisExperience with analysis tools: Java software or Python scripting developmentPerforming post-processing and analyzing collected data both quantitatively and qualitativelyCreating action plans based on data analysisDocumenting software deficiency reportsPresenting analysis results and action plans orally and/or in written format (e.g., slides, annotated slides, test report document)Experience in Ballistic Missile defense systems is highly desired
