System Test Engineering Manager

Job Title

What We Need To See:

• 6+ years of experience with post silicon validation experience in board or system products.
• 2+ years of management experience or leading technical teams and projects
• BS degree in electrical or computer engineering, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with manufacturing, chip to system.
• Python programming and bash scripting experience.
• Excellent communication and people skills

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:

• Experience with datacenter servers, AI systems, GPU-based platforms, networking, storage, or rack-scale systems.
• Background in automated diagnostics, test content generation, or manufacturing data analytics.
• Experience bringing complex hardware products from development into high-volume production.
• Familiarity with Linux-based systems, firmware, BMC, networking, PCIe, NVLink, or thermal/power validation.
• Proven ability to build teams, define processes, and drive execution across multiple product programs.
