DirectorWhat You'll DoYou'll be out in the field keeping our network strong, reliable, and ready for anything:Troubleshoot and repair HFC (Hybrid Fiber-Coaxial) networksTest and optimize signal performanceMaintain key network equipment (nodes, fiber systems, power supplies)Perform fiber splicing and activationHandle outages and support emergency restorationConduct preventative maintenance and system balancingIdentify signal leakage and ensure complianceSupport network expansion and serviceabilityDeliver excellent customer service while representing WOW! professionallyWhat You BringExperience in maintenance, troubleshooting/repairing in HFC networks is highly preferredAbility to explain technical concepts to non-technical customersEnjoy working outdoors and staying activeStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailComfortable learning technical skills and using toolsAbility to explain things clearly to customersFlexible schedule (evenings, weekends, on-call rotation)Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordWhat the Job Is Really LikeThis is not a desk job—and that's the point.Working outdoors in all weather conditionsClimbing ladders, working on poles/roofs, and in tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces)Lifting up to 90 lbs. and handling tools/equipmentOperating company vehicles safelyWorking near electrical equipment and power linesWhy WOW!Ready to build a career, not just take a job?
