This team is responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise applications supporting the Child Support Services Division, including PACSS, SDNH, and Client Portal applications.
The selected candidate will function as a SQL Database Administrator and Senior Developer responsible for database integrations, reporting, data warehousing, interface development, and enterprise-scale application support using the Microsoft SQL Server platform.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and support enterprise-scale web applications and database integrationsIdentify, extract, transform, and analyze data based on business requirements and governance standardsPerform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and optimization activitiesDevelop and maintain reports, vendor exports, and data warehouse solutionsDesign, test, validate, and support system interfaces and data exchange proceduresServe as primary contact for interface production file issues and nightly batch monitoringCollaborate with State and Federal partners on interface design and implementationConduct code reviews, technical reviews, and logical validationsMonitor database growth and recommend performance and scalability improvementsDesign and develop dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BIServe as primary DBA for Child Support-related applicationsSupport oversight of software development vendor activities and deliverablesMaintain enterprise data governance, metadata, and architecture standardsEnsure compliance with regulatory, audit, and data retention requirementsCommunicate effectively with technical teams, stakeholders, and executive leadershipRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience5+ years of experience as a SQL DBA5+ years of experience with large system architectureExperience supporting large-scale production system implementationsExperience overseeing software development vendorsStrong experience with:MS SQL ServerTFS (Team Foundation Server)Microsoft Visual Studio 2022C#, ASP.NET, and/or.NETPowerShellPreferred QualificationsExperience with Child Support Enforcement system design and developmentExperience with Microsoft Power BITechnical EnvironmentMS SQL Server 2022 EnterpriseSQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)Microsoft Visual Studio 2022TFS (Team Foundation Server)C#, ASP.NET, .NETPowerShellMicrosoft Power BI
