We’re hiring a Systems & Network Administrator who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working across enterprise networks, Windows Server environments, virtualization (Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). What You’ll Do
- Administer and support enterprise network infrastructure, including servers, LAN/WAN, and communication systems
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, virtualization (Hyper-V), and core applications
- Support cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) alongside on-premise systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across servers, networks, and hardware
- Implement and maintain network security measures to protect systems, data, and infrastructure
- Perform and manage data backups and disaster recovery operations
- Analyze system performance and recommend upgrades, repairs, or improvements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support business operations and technical needs
- Document systems, configurations, and processes to ensure consistency and scalability
What You Bring
- Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, and storage
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Hyper-V, and Microsoft SQL Server
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Working knowledge of networking components: firewalls, switches, routers
- Basic experience with Linux systems (server or appliance management)
- Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and system security best practices
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a logical, systems-based approach
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong organizational and project/task management skill
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Systems/Network Administrator or similar role
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in IT or related field preferred
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, etc.) are a plus
