System Level Test EngineerThis role involves working on system level diagnosis, verification, and post-silicon validation of some of the industry's most complex semiconductor chips. Your responsibilities include:Developing and improving all aspects of testing Nvidia's SOC products.Engaging in characterization, QA, test, yield enhancement, and spec validation.Partnering with other engineering groups including ASIC, ATE, DFT, silicon validation, fab process, software, and quality teams to coordinate efforts and resolve silicon issues.Initiating and driving process improvements/preventative actions through root cause analysis.Always looking to improve workflows, products, functions, and methodologies while working multi-functionally to achieve the company goals.
