System EngineerAs a Systems Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work directly with customers and multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects in a vibrant and dynamic team oriented environment. Responsibilities may include:Analyze key end-equipment in automotive, industrial, consumer and computing spaces to develop reference designs and demos by completing schematic capture, board layout, and verification on bench on operationSupport operational activities in laboratory management and siteProgram management activities for development projects, support project cost analysis, cost allocation creation, and updates in new product development share toolDocumentation and data management in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePointTrouble-shoot customer application issues by lab testing, schematic analysis and other methodsCreate technical literature such as application notes, tech notes, and technical presentations for internal and customer meetingsReview competitive landscape, develop FOM (Figure of Merit) and develop product development strategies to address technology and business gapsPromote new technologies to sales, field application engineers, and customersMinimum requirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering3+ years of relevant experienceStrong understanding of analog/mixed-signal IC's and their applicationsSolid team player with strong interpersonal skills, clear verbal and written communication skills and a high degree of accountability and drive for successFamiliarity with lab equipment (ex: oscilloscopes, spectrum generators, power supplies, thermal stream...etc)Who we are looking for:Confident and clear communicatorSelf-driven team player who can collaborate effectively with people in different functionsWilling to learn new things and make an impact in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
