Bachelors in Computer Science or closely related field.
Job Duties
Perform work on CRM application development lifecycle activities that include: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and Implementation.
Work in Agile methodology and tracking work using JIRA board.
Understand and develop the code in accordance with specifications and standards of development.
Perform data migration and code deployment to the higher instances.
Perform tasks related to the day to day operations of several large implementations of salesforce including managing user access, sharing model, handling bulk data migration, validation rules and workflows.
Involve with business analysts, other developers in the enhancement of business modules using standard and custom objects, apex classes and triggers.
Perform debugging methods such as anonymous code block execution and working to system and developer logs.
Provide support for quality assurance testing and defect resolution.
Perform tasks related to the ongoing operations of internal salesforce.com platform building including sharing model and troubleshooting integrations.
Work on Monitor performance /resources used by SFDC instance.
Perform release management tasks from development, Testing to production and pipelining changes according to business priorities.
