Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Minimum seven (7) years experience in enterprise infrastructure administration across multi‑site environments, including networking, servers, virtualization, cloud, and security. (Elevated from Level II expectations.)
- Minimum five (5) years with VMware, SAN storage, and enterprise-level Microsoft technologies including Office 365 and hybrid/cloud integrations. 1
- Experience with firewall platforms, security hardening, backup technologies, identity management, and modern cloud-based services.
- Experience with Cisco Call Manager or other unified communications systems is a plus.
