System Engineer L2 TS/SCI with FS PolyWe are seeking a motivated Systems Engineer with experience in RF testing, EMI/EMC analysis, and systems engineering support to support mission-critical government programs. This role focuses on electromagnetic interference (EMI) testing, RF analysis, unintended emissions evaluation, and technical reporting within secure mission environments.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline from an accredited college or university plus four (4) years of systems engineering experience ORHigh School Diploma or GED plus four (4) years of general systems engineering experience within any Process Area may be substituted for a bachelor's degreeRequired Experience & SkillsExperience coding in Python and Visual Basic for engineering or test applicationsStrong understanding of RF theory and application of academic/engineering principles related to EMI testing and unintended emissions analysis within the HF, VHF, and UHF spectrumHands-on experience with RF test equipment including:Network analyzersSignal generatorsSpectrum analyzersOscilloscopesFamiliarity with RF components including:AmplifiersFiltersIsolatorsAttenuatorsTerminatorsExperience formulating and documenting technical test plansAbility to draft and issue technical recommendations through formal engineering test reportsExperience specifying and/or reviewing system and component technical performance requirements to ensure optimal functionality while meeting E3 noise electric field limitsAbility to collaborate with internal teams and external agency stakeholders to support E3 program objectives and mission requirementsMust be able to travel approximately three (3) times per year for 7–10 days at a timeDesired SkillsExperience with:Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) testingElectromagnetic Interference (EMI) mitigationAntenna calibrationPrior experience supporting government, defense, or cleared environments preferredPreferred CharacteristicsStrong analytical and troubleshooting abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently within highly technical mission environmentsComfortable operating in laboratory, field test, and secure facility settings
