System Engineer IIReflexive Concepts is seeking a System Engineer II to join our growing team! Reflexive Concepts is looking for a talented professional to provide full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) support for the GATEKEEPER product, working with developers, QA, and DevOps to build and manage GATEKEEPER product installations for DoD customers.Qualifications:Ten (10)+ years of relevant experienceBachelor's Degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. An additional five (5) years of experience may be substituted for the degree, for a total of fifteen (15) years.Desired Skills:Must be able to work in a collaborative environment, with minimal supervisionSupport the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), collaborating with development and QA teams to assist with system testing, validation, and performance tuning in support of production readinessEnsure system compliance with security best practices and organizational standardsExcellent oral and written communication skills-Able to clearly communicate architecture and design conceptsKnowledge of ICAM Capabilities and IntegrationDevelop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and support proceduresCollaborate cross-functionally with developers, testers, and product owners to align system behavior with business and technical requirementsStrong organization and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlinesImplement and maintain system monitoring, logging, and alerting to proactively identify and resolve issues.Familiarity with Cloud technologies and platformsAWS Foundational Level CertificationRDS and relational database experience in the cloudExperience with GitLab CI/CD pipelinesRDBMS experience (tuning, migration, optimization)Docker expertise, familiarity with Kubernetes a bonusTerraform, CloudFormation (CDK)
