We're looking for a highly technical, hands-on Senior Engineer with deep systems engineering expertise to lead AI security, platform modernization, and developer productivity initiatives across Digital Technology.
In this role, you'll drive the secure adoption of AI capabilities, build an AI vulnerability-management and Mythos remediation roadmap, and accelerate engineering modernization. You'll also enable rapid release capabilities so we can respond quickly to emerging security threats and platform risks.
You'll be a technical leader, architect, and builder, creating solutions that improve engineering efficiency, strengthen our security posture, and speed up software delivery.
What You'll Do
- Lead AI security and platform modernization initiatives across Digital Technology
- Drive secure adoption of AI/LLM capabilities across engineering teams
- Establish and execute an AI vulnerability-management and Mythos remediation roadmap
- Champion developer productivity through tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude skills
- Accelerate engineering modernization, including Java modernization efforts
- Build the CI/CD and DevSecOps capabilities needed for rapid release in response to emerging threats
- Architect and build solutions that improve engineering efficiency and software delivery speed
- Serve as a technical leader and mentor across engineering and security teams
