Required Skills

- Ability to critically think through complex data flow problems, break down effort into manageable tasks, and create/maintain scope out of sometimes vague customer requirements.
- Good working skills with Atlassian products such as Confluence and Jira
- Good understanding of data processing capabilities
- Understands system-to-system connections for data flow processes
- Basic understanding of NiFi, should understand flow file attributes or be able to learn it quickly
- Understanding of SIGINT collection and analysis
- Experience with Military Cryptologic Offices, Tactical Collection Capabilities, Military SIGINT architectures and related data flows.
Desired Skills
- Experience with Electronic Warfare operations, sensors and related data
- Familiar with data formats such as CSV, JSON, PCAP and XML
- Understanding of tactical datalinks and command and control signals
