This position directs multiple IT operations areas including systems analysis, application development, technical support, and database management, while establishing technical strategy, managing large-scale IT projects, and ensuring alignment with state and federal requirements. The role is based in Baltimore, MD and is eligible for hybrid telework.
Key qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline
- At least 12 years of experience in program or project management
- At least 8 years of supervision or oversight of IT-related programs or projects
- At least 3 years of experience with Medicaid or related healthcare organizations
- Experience with enterprise application development, system operations, infrastructure modernization, and vendor management
- Knowledge of system architecture, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology governance
