To support a large-scale Department of War digital engineering and SAP S/4HANA transformation program, the remote System Architect (MDDI/MBSE) will lead the development of enterprise architecture and system models using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to design integrated solutions. Key responsibilities Lead development and maintenance of system, operational, data, and integration architecture using MBSE and DoDAF/UAF frameworks Develop and manage system models (SysML/UML) capturing requirements, interfaces, workflows, and end-to-end mission threads with full traceability Drive digital engineering strategy, including adoption of the digital thread and model-driven decision making Required qualifications U.S. citizenship with an active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one 7+ years of experience designing enterprise, system, or solution architectures in DoD or comparable environments Demonstrated systems engineering capability, including modeling of structure, behavior, interfaces, and data Working knowledge of SysML/UML modeling approaches and experience with recognized MBSE tools Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
