Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree.
  • Over 8+ years' experience in IT infrastructure working with Microsoft SharePoint, including architecting and implementing complex designs.
  • At least one year of experience conforming to and testing for Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 LevelAA (WCAG).
  • A desire for self‑development and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work in a sedentary office environment for several hours at a time.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment including personal computers.
  • Ability to perform limited physical activities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Experience developing and modifying SharePoint applications using .NET, HTML, CSS, C#, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in using Structured Query Language (SQL).
  • Experience with Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server.
  • Experience with AngularJS, Bootstrap, XML, JSON, jQuery, and WebAPI/REST APIs (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 LevelAA.
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of webpage development, design, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise systems using the most current version of SharePoint for on‑premises installations.
  • Develop data access solutions using .NET framework libraries and SQL Server2012 or higher.
  • Develop custom solutions using C# or VB, .NET, REST API, JavaScript, JSON, and XML.
  • Create responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript while maintaining WCAG2.0 LevelAA standards.
  • Create and maintain development plans for a development team.
  • Participate in the software development process following agile methodologies.
  • Integrate custom applications with SharePoint Online.
  • Implement and provide guidance for information architecture, taxonomy, and compliance of on‑premises SharePoint, including capacity planning, sizing, installations, configurations, and integrations.
  • Plan and implement SharePoint migrations and upgrades.
  • Maintain SharePoint farm setup and configuration according to current best practices.
  • Identify and diagnose performance‑related issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
