Kelly Engineering is hiring a hands-on Systems Architect to lead the technical direction of a complex optical/electrical hardware product. You will have real ownership over architecture decisions, product development, and the direction of a growing engineering team.

What you will do:

• Lead system architecture for a complex hardware product
• Solve technical challenges across optics, electrical engineering, sensing, imaging, and related systems
• Make key design decisions and identify risks early
• Guide cross-functional engineering teams from concept through development
• Help shape the technical direction of a growing program

What we need:

• Strong optical and/or electrical engineering background
• Systems architecture experience with complex hardware products
• Experience developing new products from concept through execution
• Technical leadership experience across engineering teams
• AR/VR, eye tracking, wearables, imaging, displays, optics, or sensor experience is highly preferred

This is not an IT, cloud, or enterprise software architect role.

Must be able to work onsite in Madison, WI or relocate.
