Systems ArchitectInsight Global is seeking a Systems Architect with a background in Command and Control, Missile Defense, or Fires Systems. As the Systems Architect, you will provide oversight and expertise in the design, development, and integration of sophisticated system of systems being fielded rapidly. This position will lead cross-functional engineering teams, partner with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with program goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will bring technical depth, leadership skills, and a track record of designing and developing solutions for classified Command and Control (C2) systems.Duties:Architectural Design: Define the overarching framework, principles, and standards for how multiple independent systems interact and share data.Interoperability & Integration: Ensure seamless data exchange, communication, and synchronization across platforms, cloud environments, and third-party services.Requirements Traceability: Link system requirements directly to software components, functional allocations, and verification test constructs.Collaborative Environment Management: Utilize repository tools like Teamwork Cloud for multi-user configuration control and digital thread integration.Cross-Disciplinary Leadership: Guide engineering teams through technical interchanges and tasks.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership, stakeholders, the chief engineer, the lead systems engineer, product managers, and individual system engineering teams to align technical roadmaps with organizational objectives.Risk & Trade-off Analysis: Evaluate system performance, security vulnerabilities, and potential bottlenecks; conduct trade studies to optimize reliability and cost.Hourly: 91-104/hr Salary: 200,000-220,000
