Pega System AnalystResponsible for assisting in defining the project scope and managing the defined scope. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:Defines the functional, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements of a systemServes as a business subject matter expert, and act as a liaison between the business and ITProvides the link between the technical and the business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the businessLeads system requirements definition, design, testing, training and implementation supportApplies use of tools to define requirements and documentationProvides analysis of efficiencies related to system enhancements/automationWorks with IT learning organization to assist in the development of system training documentation and provides training to end usersAssists with developing use casesRequires BA/BS in information systems or related field; 3-5 or more years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
