Systems AnalystSystems Analysts are expected to analyze the documented business requirements and translate them into technical requirements and System Specifications. They are expected to develop specifications, diagrams and flowcharts, non-functional requirements for programmers to follow. They are also expected to troubleshoot system issues, review logs, debug code, identify workarounds and work with developers to fix issues.
This position is primarily focused on the CWOW program which is a strategic initiative to develop a new patient centric Clinical application for the project.Roles and responsibilities include:Analyze the documented business requirements and translate them into technical requirements and System specsAnalyze documented business requirements and identify, investigate potential gaps/issues, and recommend changes.Develop a deep understanding of how systems will talk to each other and what may be the interactions between systemsPresent design considerations to software architects and developers who transform the requirements into CodeDevelop specifications, diagrams and flowcharts, Non-functional requirements for programmers to followUse techniques such as sampling, model building and data analysis to ensure the solution is efficient, cost-effective, and financially feasibleUnit testing and demosCollaborate with Dev Manager, Scrum Master and Tech Leads to manage and monitor project progress and report status to Senior LeadershipCollaborate with and support QA, UAT, Prod Support teams.
