Charter System AnalystCharter System Analyst Scope • Needing application support experience – having some software development experience would be a plus • Needing to understand deep level troubleshooting of applications • Having a strong analytical mindset is key – wanting someone who understands enough about application and integration • For example telemetry information isn’t being reported correctly and figuring out why this is happening • An example is taking tickets and working • Agile, Waterfall, etc – doesn’t matter which but a huge plus • Production Support experience is big • If they understand SQL this is helpful • Splunk experience is a big plus • Someone needs intangibles – mindset to go out and hunt down where problems are occurring and provide clear communication to senior leadership teamMust Have:• Agile or Waterfall experience • SQL • Some type of monitoring experience – Splunk ideally • Application support
