System AdministratorPay Range: $35hr - $40hrRequirement/Must Have:5+ years of experience in a system administration role.Experience with Windows Server and performing server administration tasks.Experience using Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).Ability to map network drives.Experience installing and configuring software.Experience administering IIS, including managing SSL certificates and website setup.Experience identifying and resolving security-related IIS issues.Release management experience, including the ability to create CHGS and Tasks.Availability for deployments at 9:00 PM PST as scheduled.Claims processing experience and testing experience.Proficiency with MS Office products, general internet usage, and PC operation.Working knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio and SQL database experience.Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools such as ServiceNow, ATLAS, Fusion, FormWorks, and KPOM.Responsibilities:Perform Windows Server administration tasks.Install and configure software applications.Administer IIS environments and manage SSL certificates.Resolve security-related IIS issues.Manage releases by creating necessary change requests and tasks.Support scheduled deployments during late hours.Write clear technical documentation.Troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems.Collaborate with team members and work independently on assigned tasks.Nice to Have:SQL database experience.Skills:Windows Server.IIS.SSL Certificates.Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).Release Management.SQL Server Management Studio.ServiceNow.Technical Documentation.Troubleshooting.MS Office.Qualification And Education:Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
