Responsibilities
- Windows 10&11 experience with installation and troubleshooting
- Build, configure, deploy Windows-based PCs in a lab environment
- Troubleshoot issues on lab PCs
- Work directly with customers on resolving their issues
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of IT hardware and software
- Knowledge of Active Directory and infrastructure tools (security/patching software)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer-service orientation
