Responsible for the deployments and maintenance of major enterprise systems, the full-time remote System Administration Technologist will manage system outages, provide technical support, and ensure system integrity and availability. Key responsibilities Serve as the initial and escalation resource for System Administration team issues Perform in-depth system maintenance, monitoring, and problem determination, including system backup and recovery operations Develop technical support documentation and assist with system administration research as assigned Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Computer Engineering Minimum 3 years of applicable experience in a technology environment In-depth knowledge of one or more systems with the ability to develop capabilities on non-primary systems
