Hybrid Onsite Infrastructure AdministratorOverview: In this role you will represent the team on enterprise IT initiatives as assigned and provides recommendations to Manager. The Infrastructure team provides support 24 x 7 x 365 - this position requires the administrator to provide on-call support on a rotational basis (typically 2-3 days per month). Will configure, install, administer, operate, upgrade, monitor, sustain, and support existing data centers, network, hardware, software, processes, applications, systems, databases, desktops, peripherals, and other related infrastructure.

You will deliver services across all technology domains and all consumers, including execution of all backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and related capabilities. Leads projects or work streams within broader projects Accountable for work of self and sometimes others, provides process and standards advice in area of specialty.Role Summary and Job Responsibilities:Responsible for swiftly resolving disruptions to technology services to minimize user impacts and maintain service levelsReviews the production readiness of technology solution implementations and application deployments and coordinates next steps across the involved teamsOversees and provides guidance on analysis of performance trends and actions being taken for preventing potential impactsEffectively uses logic as a problem-solving toolActively helps team members and makes suggestions to improve practicesAssists others when they need help and provides it in a positive way that promotes confidenceWorks with vendor support on root cause analysis when technical problems are encounteredResponds promptly when contacted for supportRaises issues to management's attention when problems are detectedPossesses solid understanding of the tech and asset management industries and internal business units to enable navigation of key partners and understanding of impactRequirements:Typically requires 3+ years of relevant experience with UNIX/Linux systems administration – RedHat Linux experience is requiredCapable of writing and maintaining Shell ScriptsVMware knowledge or work experiencePuppet and/or Ansible configuration management knowledge or work experienceExperience with Tenable Security CenterWorking knowledge of system monitoring and alertingA working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS)A working knowledge of High availability conceptsAdaptable and willing to learn new technologies to support the businessA solid understanding of the broader technology portfolioStays abreast of industry trends and technologiesMaintains root cause analysis skills for investigation of incidents impacting technology availabilityReviews capacity utilization for trends and raises awareness across teams to address areas of excess and shortagesAdministers processes and procedures related to code managementEngages various teams to evaluate and implement performance tuning recommendationsCapable of working in a team and independently
